By Laws are the official rules governing the internal affairs of the club.
Standing Rules relate to the details of the administration of the club. They are adopted to supplement and interpret the bylaws.
Position Descriptions are documents which reflects the purpose, accountabilities, and duties of a job. They were developed for both executive board and volunteer/appointed positions.
Proposed revisions, corrections, or comments concerning these documents should be referred to the club’s President via the club’s email.
